职位描述：
职责说明书：
1 ) 接受培训和督导，按照公司的要求交付培训。
2） 完成前期项目的差距分析和针对性培训。
3） 提交项目过程报告。
4） 开发培训课程，满足客户特殊的需求。
5） 尊重客户，维护客户关系，保持良好的客户沟通。
6） 接受工作安排以及时间变动和调整，完成培训工作。
7） 在规定时间提交报销单。
8） 遵守保密规定，对教材和知识产权予以保密和遵守。
9） 遵守审核员职业道德的要求。

***讲师要求：
1） 本科以上学历，英语读写流利。
2） 了解企业管理理论，有制造业工作经验。
3） 具备一个以上专业（质量、环境、健康安全、风险管理、食品安全、CSR等管理体系、管理工具、卓越绩效等领域）的审核员资格或经验，从事审核培训行业5年以上工作经验。
4） 良好的表达能力，有亲和力和沟通能力。
5） 身体健康，可以从事出差工作。
6） 每月可工作日不少于5天。
7） 愿意接受公司的培训理念，按照公司的风格交付培训。
8） 完成公司的岗前培训和持续培训。
