Job Description
Title IT Manager
Reports to CEO

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
Being first contact in any case of IT related issues of all CHEERS stores and the back-office
Quickly understand customer needs and impact. Service customers in a friendly and efficient manner and apply Workarounds if final solution cannot be applied in short time
Problems are for example:
- Setting up e-mail accounts on phones / computers & password reset
- Install Software
- Check & fix wiring (electricity, LAN, Audio/video…) in office and stores on site
- Fix configuration issues in operating system and/or software
- Set-up of computers, POS systems and other IT related items for our back office and stores remotely and on-site in our back office and stores:
- Install and configure operating systems & predefined software packages on computers, POS
- Configure Audio- & video devices (TV, HiFi system, CCTV…) on- site and remotely
- Support the physical installation of LAN- and Audio-&video cables in stores and office for sound system, CCTV, POS and computers
General IT Project management
- Research of hardware / software
- Coordinate IT purchase projects
- Coordinate release of ERP/POS update versions with ERP/POS vendor & CHEERS from UAT test to actual release

Requirements

1 Good communication skills in English, fluent in reading and writing in Chinese
2 Customer Oriented thinking and attitude
3 Big interest and well versed in all kinds of technology
4 Familiar with installation and configuration of operating systems and software
