职位描述：
Purpose of the Job:
Under the guidelines from Sonova (Shanghai), execute the project sales job in defined regions to maintain & develop customers, obtain the projects from the customer in order to achieve sales targets in term of sales revenue, average gross margin, market share and credit control.根据索诺瓦（上海）政策，在所属区域内实行销售项目，维护和发展客户，取得销售项目，完成各项销售相关目标。

Responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales budget of given POS. 完成销售指标。
- Provide Fitting Service as the Service Standard. 负责为顾客提供听力的相关检查和咨询服务。
- Provide all Hearing service besides fitting. 根据顾客的听力状况和需求制定专业的听力解决方案，选配、调试助听器，评估助听器效果，进行听力康复指导。
- Manage the POS and fitting engineer. 主持店面的日常管理工作，管理团队，促进销售。
- POS Running reporting. 负责产品性能的介绍分析及销售。
- Other assignments by the superior. 上级交办的其他工作。

Qualifications:
- College degree above大专及以上学历；
- 3-5年以上零售行业管理经验或者相关从业经验，有验配师资质；
- Initiative, team-spirited is preferred 主动，富有团队精神者优先；
- Willingness to perform and result orientation坚持以结果为导向；
- Ability to work under pressure 具有在压力下工作的能力；
- Customer oriented 有良好的客户服务意识；
- Credibility诚信；
- Integration and contribution in team有团队合作经验；
- Communication abilities and ability to assert oneself良好的沟通能力；
- 验配师资质；
- Chinese (Native speaker),中文（流利）；
