职位描述：

1.Responsible for DL/IDL HC budget management including: Combine the IDL HC budget plan from BHR, check data integrity and accuracy; Monitor routine HC management, ensure any of HC change should follow HR policy; Provide monthly HC report;
2.Responsible for HR Information System routine maintenance and development(except C&B/Training parts) Monitor and approve part operation in HRIS, ensure data integrity and accuracy; System development including routine operation, auto-run reports and new function; Support for open new account and train new user
3.Critical HRSS operation process / system involvement, such as check in, check out, transfer/promotion Monitor HR relevant operation process’s running, adjust/improve it once policy change in order to prevent legal risk
4.Data and reporting center Provide routine operation report including:
Personnal movement ( monthly and for Payroll)

Requirement:

At least 7 years Payroll experience in Multi national company

Good communication skill

Can work under high pressure
