职位描述：
工作职责：
1.统筹某一类或几类BMS系统软件开发全部工作；
2.负责软件开发标准、流程的制订、贯彻和审核；
3.负责与产品系统开发组（或客户）、硬件系统开发组进行技术对接；协助和支持系统工程师进行系统设计；
4.指导软件需求工程师进行软件需求规划；
5.负责或指导软件系统架构设计；
6.指导、协助测试工程师进行测试设计和测试评估；
7.指导软件开发工程师进行规范化的软件开发工作；
 
职位要求：
1.硕士及以上学历，计算机、车辆工程通讯、自动化、电气、等相关专业
2.精通嵌入式系统软件开发及流程；
3.丰富的16/32位单片机系统开发相关知识和经验，熟悉Freescale的更佳；
4.具有较强的软件开发团队管理经验和能力；
5.熟练掌握Autosar标准及应用；
6.熟悉Automotive-SPICE/ISO26262标准及流程；
7.具有较强的IDE开发工具使用经验；
8.熟悉CAN、LIN总线系统中的一种或两种；
9.具备较强的C语言编程经验，掌握汇编编码知识更佳； 举报 分享
