职位描述
岗位描述：
1、负责公司热线电话接听及客户约访，客户接待咨询及协议签署工作。
2、根据公司业务流程对学生学习情况跟踪分析，配合解决教学中出现问题。
3、与已有客户能够建立长期、稳定友好联系。
4、能够了解收集客户信息，并提出相应的对策和解决方案。
5、领导安排的其它工作。
岗位要求：
1、对工作有高度的责任心，能够认真完成每一项工作。
2、具有较强沟通协调能力，解决问题能力。
3、正直真诚、具有良好的职业道德和团队精神。
3、专科以上学历，专业不限，有教育行业工作经验者优先。
4、英语水平，能够简单英语沟通。

In 1988,The Princeton Review began a national rollout of courses for the LSAT,GMAT,MCAT,and GRE.
In 1993,The Princeton Review launched its website,Review.com,as one of the first corporate web sites on the Internet.Inside the SAT,a multimedia CD ROM.became one of the best selling test preparation software.
In 2001,The Princeton Review (REVU) becomes a publicly traded company on NASDAQ.
In 2007,The Princeton Review opened its Beijing branch,namely The Princeton Review Beijing.
