- 岗位职责：
全面负责公司市场营销工作，对市场策略的制定、营销任务的完成、营销网络的搭建和营销团队的打造及管理负责。 - 任职资格：
1、电子、销售类相关专业本科以上学历，至少3年以上营销总监同等职位工作经验；
2、较强的市场运营、团队建设、人员管理、组织协调和文字表达能力；
3、流利的英语交流水平；
4、能承受较大的工作压力，有开发过大客户的经验；
5、熟悉hobby、greenhouse和路灯等照明市场者优先；
6、熟悉温室工程，路灯工程，工程设计院等行业背景者优先。

Job Description:
The CMO is fully responsible for the Marketing work of the company, and leads the sales team to do marketing planning,to fulfill the market taskes, and builds the sales network,team and manage it.
Qualification:
1.Major in Electronics or Marketing, bachelor degree or above, at least three years' relevant working experiences;
2.Excellent in market operation, team management,staff administration,personnel coodination and strong command of words;
3.proficiency in English;
4.Capable of handling high pressure works and sophisticated skills in developing key clients;
5.Familiar with hobby,greenhouse and streetlight market is preferred;
6.Having greenhouse,streetlight project and Engineering Design Institute backgroud is preffed.
