BASIC PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

- The primary role is to be responsible for driving and communicating new sales opportunities from Travel Agency and direct customers. As a specialist, the individual develops short and long term sales strategies and goals to ensure the sales target being fulfilled.
- The Field Sales role offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to build a business from the ground up, through focused efforts on client acquisition throughout the Chinese market.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report on the daily results to management and initiate action plans;
- To achieved sales tasks and goals;
- Responsible for recommending Royal Caribbean Cruise products, to bid sales and so on work;
- Responsible for the stores around the customer development, old customer maintenance, for all kinds of sales promotion activities;
- Responsible for customer consultation, contract signing, order processing;
- Responsible for collecting market and competitors dynamic, report to TS head immediately;
- Maintain good relations of cooperation, to ensure normal operation of the business;
- Attends promotional functions organized by the management;
- Performs any other duties as assigned by management.

EXPERIENCES:
- Diploma or College degree or above
- Demonstrated ability to manage administration
- 2 years of work experience within a business environment, administration related experience is a plus
- Strong and confident communication skills
- Fluent in writing, reading and speaking Mandarin and English 举报 分享
