岗位职责：
Job responsibilities:
1. 熟悉定额，了解人工费，材料价格和机械台班费用的组成及取费标准的组成；
Familiar with the quota, understand component of labor costs, material and machinery costs and its charge standard.

2. 参与招投标的工程量清单报价的编制及施工图预算和结算的两算对比，做好成本管理工作。
Participate in the preparation the quotation of bidding in BOQ list and the contrast between construction drawing budget and settlement, responsible for cost control work.
职位要求：
Job requirements:
1.暖通、给排水、电气等相关专业，大专以上学历,5年以上房地产企业或造价咨询企业安装预算、工程造价、成本管理经验；

Water heating, water supply and drainage, electrical and other related professional, junior college or above, 5 years working experience in real estate enterprises or cost control consultancy in M&E industry, project cost and cost management experience;

2.熟练操作办公软件、CAD、广联达软件;

Familiar with office software, CAD and Grandsoft software;
3.有造价员资格证书，助理工程师以上职称；

Candidate should hold QS Certificate, or assistant engineer titles.
4.具备良好的沟通，谈判，协调能力，能承受较大工作压力，并具备处理纠纷的能力

Candidate should have good communication, coordination, negotiation ability, can work under pressure, and has the capability of handling disputes.

5.有独立完成大型工程项目的预决算编制经验者优先。
Independent experience of budget and settlement of large-scale project is preferred.

Huan De Future City Property (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, located in the Longgang District is an international real estate developer.
