岗位职责
1、执行招聘计划及相关的招聘流程；
2、维护拓展招聘渠道；
3、发布职位信息，收集简历，聘前测试和简历的初步筛选,安排面试及协调；
4、负责办理员工入职离职等调配事务；
5、组织新员工入职培训，专业培训；
6、负责员工社会保险和公积金的办理。
任职资格
1、人力资源或相关专业在读硕士（研二佳），可保证3天以上实习；
2、熟悉人力资源招聘流程，独立操作过相关的招聘工作；
3.熟悉相关的社保和公积金办理经验
4、良好的团队合作精神以及沟通协调技巧；
5、工作态度积极热情乐观，能承受较大的工作压力，有亲和力；
6、有IT企业工作经验优先。
