Roles and Responsibilities

? Own customer project schedules and drive deliverables to completion (i.e. tracking issues, key events and milestone reviews etc),
? Ensures solid project plans (incl. risk management) especially for execution phases. Drives the planning for customer program.
? Ensures that higher level program targets are translated into adequate and right level of detail targets
? Timely and clearly communicates project status vs. targets
? Provides timely feedback and coaching to stakeholders, R&D team etc
? Ensures proactive interfacing (CAS, R&D, Account managers, BD, RMM etc.)
? Brings focus by clearly communicating targets and priorities
? Show aggressiveness to outperform the design-win and sales targets.

Candidate Profile
? BSc Electronic Engineering, computer science minimum
? At least 10+ years in similar role and 3 years program management experience
? Solid knowledge and experience in Mobile system, mobile eco-system and target customer, understanding of NFC is highly preferred
? Good understanding of semiconductor development cycle and project design in process.
? Strong leadership skills, result oriented with a drive to win
? Team player
? Fluent in English language both oral and written
