职位描述
Role :
Act as the member of IT Helpdesk team in case of any information technology problems.
Helpdesk service, provide first level support for hardware and application problems. The Helpdesk Front registers all incoming questions and incidents in a Case Management Tool, according to the Support process.
Key Responsibility:
1.Assist computer users over the telephone. Receive, diagnose, and solve software and hardware problems by giving step-by-step instructions. In complicated cases, will suggest users bring the computer in or be on site to resolve the problem.
2.Help end users in case of problems with Windows OS or MS Office and other applications.
3.Take record of the problem, include record problem, escalate specific problem to the appropriate expert team. Trace and follow all the problem had been resolved.
Main competence requirements:
1. Excellent English with oral, writing skills. Computer Science major or abroad experience will be a strong plus
2. Details orientation with well-patience, good supportive and high responsible attitude.
3. Can work at least 3 days a week based on need.
4. Stable, dependable and seeking for long-term internship.
