Responsibilities:

As first Finance Service Manager you will lead a team that consist of finance professionals supporting the global organization with all dimensions of accounting and controlling at several sites. The role requires both in-depth knowledge of controlling and accounting as well as excellent leadership skills.

You will be responsible for continuous development of the group members' expertise and development in the working areas, as well as long term planning and recruitment

You will as a Finance Service Manager partly work with managerial responsibilities, and partly with operational tasks in the finance area.

This position requires:

· Documented leadership experience

· Experience from Controlling and Accounting

· An open and positive attitude, ability to create an inspiring and motivating climate.

· Flexible and interested in both people development and financial matters and processes

· Have the ability to be an inspiring leader and proven to be a good team builder

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal partners

· Participate and deliver in daily operational tasks as part of the team
