Role (Purpose of the job)
The aftermarket KA service manager is responsible for all activities focusing on aftermarket technical support and complaint solving to Key Accounts in Asia Sales Region China ( SANY, Zoomlion, Changshu Huadong, etc. ).
Key Responsibility
· Technical and service activities support in aftermarket within ASRC , especially to KA , this will be implemented through regions towards the dealer network
· Supporting regions to solve KA customer complaint
· Supporting CCC to follow up and solve the KA customer complaint
· KA support policy/process set up and follow up,
· Regularly meeting with KA management team to improve the communication between ASRC and KA
· Coordination between KA sales HQ, Aftersales HQ, regions and bodybuilders
Main competence requirements
· Degree in Mechanical engineering or similar
· Experience from local service business within the automotive industry (foreign brand is an advantage)
· Strong belief in customer focus
· Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, aural and in writing
· Basic economics knowledge
· PC knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point)
