职位描述：
JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.Play both team lead and technical lead roles for customization software development.
2.Lead software development team and manage the whole cycle of software development including software requirement collection and analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance etc.
3.Play the multiple technical roles as software requirement analyst, software design, software architect and principal software developer.
4.Interact with corporate technical expert to research product architecture and new technology.
5.Guide development team with strong developing skills, a good technical mentor.
 

Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree above in computer science, information technology or related area
2.3+ years’ work experience in software development
3.Experience in J2EE, skilled with Java、Struts、Spring、Hibernate, SVN etc.
4.Experience in SQL server and ORACLE; ?
5.Experience in CSS,HTML、JavaScript、Ajax、JQuery; ?
6.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, along with the ability to learn and adapt quickly; ?
7.Good technical documentation capability, especially software requirement and specification.
