Position Responsibilities:
- Effectively manages high-level technical discussions with key customers to ensure understanding and adoption of the products and services. The individual must be able to communicate complex scientific concepts in a concise and effective manner, especially when speaking publicly (often through technical seminars).
- Develops and strengthens KOLs relationships at a variety of levels within an organization to enhance awareness and adoption of all my company's products and services.
- Maximizes the benefit of close collaboration with the Sales Application Specialists, Service Engineer, TSSO specialist to prepare, coordinate and execute successful equipment demonstrations at customer sites.
- Manage, prepare and create all kinds of sales tools, like brochure, FAQ, technical notes etc.
Required Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in cell biology and or immunology.
- An in-depth hands-on knowledge of Flow Cytometry and/or High Content Imaging is critical to be successful in the position.
- Willingness to travel extensively to accomplish assigned objectives (50% or greater)
- Excellent command of English.
