RESPONSIBILITY
Recruitment and Selection 招聘及选拔
To manage the recruitment activities ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process at all times for assigned area of business
负责被编排的业务部门所有招聘工作并确保顺利、有效开展
To liaise with line departments on recruitment needs and monitor the recruitment process meeting the expectation of Head of Human Resources
与部门经理保持紧密的沟通,以确保符合招聘需求并满足人力资源总部的流程要求
To work with colleagues in the HR Team to identify ways to improve Lane Crawford’s ability to attract talent
协同人力资源其他成员持续提升连卡佛对外部人才的吸引力
To ensure recruitment activities are carried out timely and within budget
确保招聘工作的及时开展并将成本控制在预算范围内
To be involved in recruitment projects such as career talk, recruitment days etc which build the Lane Crawford image as an employer of choice
积极参与宣讲会、职业体验日等招聘活动,树立良好的连卡佛公司的品牌及口碑

Compensation & Benefit 薪酬及福利
To perform C&B administration of assigned areas and ensure all salary / staff movement / benefit actions are carried out timely and accurately
确保所有的薪资、人员变动、福利等人力资源薪酬福利工作及时、有效的开展
To administer the company’s annual C&B review and HR processes e.g. annual salary review, budget process and performance management
开展年度薪酬福利回顾及相关的人力资源工作开展,包括但不限于年度薪酬调整、预算及绩效评估

Human Resources Services 人力资源服务
To assist in all human resources actions such as promotion, salary adjustment, transfer, resignation and termination are executed in accordance with the company policies
协助开展人力资源其他的工作开展,确保符合公司的政策和标准,如人员晋升、薪酬调整、转岗、离职及辞退等
To ensure all HR activities comply with the legal and statutory requirements
确保所有的人力资源工作的开展符合相关法律法规的要求
To input into HRIS to ensure up-to-date personal records are maintained
确保员工档案信息在HRIS系统中的准确及时的维护
To provide HR reports and statistics in a timely and accurate way
准确及时完成各项人力资源报表和分析
To promote employee relations through ongoing advice and effective communication
开展员工活动及有效沟通以提升员工关系
To provide advice to ‘customers’ on staffing issues, performance management, compensation and benefit issues
为客户提供招聘、绩效管理、薪酬福利等人事建议和支持
To assist in the implement HR programs and policies in a quality manner
以有素质的工作态度实施人力资源项目和政策
To undertake any other duties / special assignments as directed by the CPO or the Human Resources Business Partner
完成CPO或业务人力资源伙伴安排的其他工作和任务

REQUIREMENT
 Bachelor degree or above with 5+ years of experience as an Recruiter or HR generalist, preferably with headhunting experience
本科及以上学历,五年或以上人力资源招聘工作经验,有猎头工作经验者优先
Familiar with labor laws and related regulations
熟悉劳动法及相关法律法规
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines while maintaining quality of work delivered
具备同时处理多项任务的能力,能够按时完成任务并确保工作质量
Intelligent, highly responsive and strong team spirit
理解力强,具备很强的责任心及团队合作精神
Good communication skill both in Chinese and English
具备良好的中英文沟通能力
Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
熟练掌握Excel, Word, PowerPoint等办公软件
