岗位职责
- Lead Marketing team to formulate strategies and implement marketing programs
– Launch marketing programs to ensure business goal can be met
– Take the lead to drive all internal / external parties on programs implementation
– Work with other departments to launch new products and features
– Marketing support management, such as: online/offline media,PR,event and innovation
– Perform competitive market analysis for proactive decision making
– Increase efficiency and work out process improvement of programs and to explore effective process to support new loyalty initiatives
– Provide timely and accurate tracking on Key Performance Indicators for analysis and planning purpose

任职资格的具体描述：

-At least 8 years of solid experience in marketing function in consumer goods/FMCG/retail/luxury/fashion/fashion magazine industry
-At least 5 years in managerial role, national responsibility will be
preferred
-Strong experience in trade marketing and/or PR will be preferred
-Fluent in both Chinese and English; excellent communication skills
-Overseas working/study experience will be a plus
薪酬福利
职位年薪：50-70万
薪资构成：底薪 + 提成
年假福利：国家标准
社保福利：国家标准
