? 对 pDADMAC 和 mDADMAC 生产工艺过程进行监督,确保符合规范。
Monitors and supervises the production process for pDADMAC and mDADMAC, ensuring the compliance with specifications.
? 在生产中,给生产员工提供技术建议。
Gives technical guidelines to production supervisors and operators.
? 根据生产计划,对 pDADMAC和 mDADMAC生产装置负荷进行调整以及装置开停车管理。
Adjusts the capacity and start or stop of pDADMAC and mDADMAC plant, according to the production planning.
? 检测生产过程中的故障并排除。
Detects troubleshooting during production process.
? 故障排除的办法必须满足适用性及安全可靠性。
Finds suitable, reliable and safe solution to troubleshooting.
? 必要时向生产经理商讨故障排除检修的办法。
Consults the Production Manager on troubleshooting if necessary.
? 发现故障时,报告并报警生产经理。
Reports and alarms the Production Manager on troubleshooting.
? 在文件记录档案表中记录下所有与生产相关事件。
Records all incidents in the provided record file.
? 每个月记录 pDADMAC 和 mDADMAC 的生产情况(安全, 事件,生产力,质量)。
Reports in written on a monthly basis on the pDADMAC and mDADMAC activities (HSE, incidents, productivity, quality).

? 实施公司的管理措施 (生产管理工具,团队领导,管理知识,骚扰防范)。
Implements SNF China management practices (managing tools, team leadership, management knowledge, preventing harassment).
? 管理原料及包装库存,及原料卸料。
Manages RM and packaging inventories and RM unloading activities.
? 准确地向下级传达书面及口头指示。
Communicates accurately with his/her subordinates for written and oral production instructions.
? 通知下级有关公司内部的程序、记录及维修操作等。
Informs his/her subordinates of all internal communication regarding procedures, internal notes, maintenance operations, etc.
? 随机抽查评估,确保程序、制度得以应用以及交接班的信息得以沟通。
Implement random audits to ensure proper application of procedures, rules, information communication.
? 参加专业性面试。
Participates to professional job interviews.
? 开展各种面谈:工作事件,纪律,人员管理等。
Conducts various interviews: work incident, disciplinary, staff management, etc.
? 开展年度评估面谈和填写年度评估表。
Conducts Yearly Evaluation Interviews and fills the Yearly Evaluation Progress Form.
? 经常书写安全报告和拟定操作工行为纠正措施表。
Writes safety reports frequently and lists corrective actions to be taken by operators.
? 评估(P)DADMAC 车间下属的KPI。
Evaluates (P)DADMAC staff for KPI.
? 授权准假请求。
Gives authorization to absence requests.
? 控制职员的出勤数,确保其能完成组织任务。
Makes sure that the teams are in full to complete the duly tasks.
