· As a member of the R&D engineer team
in the Solutions Group at Synopsys, you will be responsible for Intellectual
Property integration testing, including PCI-Express, PCI, AMBA, SATA, USB and
so on.

· You will be co-working with IP Design
Engineering team to understand the IP protocol, Define IP protocol complete
testing plan, including Functional verification, Hardware/Software
co-verification, coverage driven verification.

· You will implement the verification IP in
to the FPGA, such as the bus monitor to check protocol, the counters to keep on
tracking transactions can synthesized into FPGA.

· You will also use logical analyzer to log
the running data, make analysis, to detect the bugs and make report to IP
design and verification team

Position Requirements

· Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of
related experience.

· Overall understanding of the ASIC design
process, FPGA synthesis and emulation

· Must be proficient with Unix, Verilog HDL,
Perl, C/C++; Device driven software programming is required

· Knowledge of competitive EDA tool products
and product knowledge in the areas of Synthesis, Simulation, Verification;
Testability and P &R is plus.

· Knowledge of the PCI Express/SATA Protocol
with relevant experience (specifications, compliance and interoperability
requirements, design/verification experience etc.) will be a definite plus.

Debug and troubleshooting skills are highly
desirable.
