Responsible for the sales of the entire portfolio of FPGA products and any additional products that may be allocated to the FPGA Product Sales channel.

Matrix manages and carries quota for FPGA Product Sales team. Responsible for driving software tools and hardware sales associated with FPGA products (HAPS Boards, Certify, Identify and Synplify families and Design Services), sales education and competitive selling material out to the field, and for amassing and feeding back customer and competitive input from the field to the responsible business unit (BU).

Frequently performs in project leadership role.

Drives programs and business initiatives.

Requirements:

Represents the organization as the principle contact on business unit and/or company-wide projects.

Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of related experience. At this level, post-graduate coursework or knowledge base equivalent may be desirable.

Requires a solid knowledge of IC design cycle.

Has strong communication skills.

Has knowledge of the complete sales process.

Able to interact with Engineering and Financial staff at all levels.
