Archibat Asia正在为一家上海知名的购物中心寻找一名改造项目的项目总监,
Key Responsibilities
i. Lead the master plan, budgeting and construction management to meet the requirement from senior executives, Chairman &CEO of the mall business
ii. Provide strategic and professional guidance to the projects, contracts, construction, specifically on technique issues
iii. Provide master plan and day to day work plans, lead the progress meeting with contractors and internal parties. Making adjustment when necessary and make sure the timeline ,budget, quality and safety in compliance with the plan
iv. Communicate and solve conflicts between internal and external parties, set priorities and objectives and monitor them during execution
v. Assist on procurement, give advice on tendering documents and billing process, and potentially be able to recommend contractors good to work with
Requirements
i. Minimum 10 years experience on construction management with preference on sizable shopping mall renovation or landmark projects
ii. Background with bachelor degree or above on engineering /construction /construction management
iii. Strong interpersonal skills and influence power, on both up-management and team management with previous track record on successful leadership experience
iv. Flexible and quick decision maker, strong analytical skills
v. Both English and Mandarin Professional working proficiency
