This role is for 6 months contractor.

The FWS Channel Activation Executive supports the execution of the Marketing programmes in the OEM/FWS space in the specified market to help deliver volume,turnover and gross margin targets.


Support the execution of world class OEM/FWS marketing plans across all brands in market. Adapts and adopts Global FWS offers as part of execution of in-market marketing plans. This requires developing a key interface with sales on operational
issues.
? Supports the preparation of the annual marketing plan for the FWS Channel for non-Partner OEMs to ensure that Dealer Penetration, volume, turnover and gross margin targets are met.
? Optimise FWS cross brand activities by working closely with Brand, PR & Sponsorship teams and with Sales for programme implementation.
? Monitor implementation of programmes as per marketing plans to ensure on time,within budget delivery and adequate return on investments.
? Monitor Pricing execution in the OEM/FWS channel as per Pricing Strategy
? Develop and implement a systematic approach through the embedding of relevant OMS elements and ensuring appropriate risk reviews are undertaken appropriately.
? Understand, embed within the team and fulfil agreed specific Product Quality &Compliance accountabilities which apply to the role of Europe FWS Marketing Manager, as part of the Auto Marketing role card.

Educational background
? University degree in Marketing or equivalent experience

? Experience in Marketing
? Experience of working in a matrix organization
? Lubricants experience desirable but not essential
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
