职位描述：
Key Responsibility ：

-To increase company sales by generating specific activities for retailers through leveraging global brand positioning and category
penetration.
-Develop and implement the Trade Marketing strategy to contribute towards brand growth targets and cross-category business objectives
-Lead the translation and execution of the marketing strategy into impactful retailer programmes, respecting and tracking
budget and commercial targets
-Bring field intelligence to define brand-specific activity programmes with marketing and commercial departments
-Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all marketing activities with the activities of the commercial team
 


Qualifications 背景要求:

-Strong understanding of brand equity
-Deep market and retail knowledge
-Strong influencing and negotiating skills
-ROI management ; understanding of client P&L
-3-5 years working experience, preferably in trade marketing role in cosmetics industry
-Fluent English and Chinese communication skills
