- Working with internal teams, hardware vendors and customers to ensure delivery schedules are met
- Keep track of media delivery milestones and timeline
- Responsible for generating and updating metadata spreadsheet and Metadata Media website system hosted by hardware vendors
- Maintain video production specification
- Maintain media delivery schedules
- Ensure customer satisfaction is met with on time delivery of video production
- Tactful in responding to customer requirement without compromising on delivery schedules


Requirement
- Candidates must have a highly developed communication skills, and be able to work effectively with all members of the production team globally including video editors and Inflight Entertainment (IFE) Hardware Provider
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Initiative & Problem Solving
- Strong attention to details and schedules
- Well verse in Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet
- Knowledge in the IFE industry is an advantage
- IT Skills and knowledge of relevant computer package
- Able to work under pressure
