- Handle and process applications for qualifying high risk business partners in Sales/Distribution, Supply Chain and Government Interface for all Business Units
- Assist in reviewing due diligence documents and screening reports
- Identify red flags in due diligence review
- Work with Asia BU teams in resolving issues underlying red flags
- Communicate with relevant parties, internal and external, via the on-line Due Diligence Tool and other means
- Review Travel, Gift and Entertainment requests
- Review Charitable Donation requests
- Assist the Regional Compliance Director with presentations, training and education
Requirements:
- Ability to perform the above tasks promptly and effectively
- Good communication skills
- Ability to establish good working relationships with the business and legal team members
- University Legal Education
- good English language skills
- At least 2 years working experiences in compliance
