The position provides the fully support to marketing manager to raise the reputation of our company and run the routine works in a professional way.
岗位职责

? Provide day-to-day support to Marketing Manager
? China client development project – offer research, marketing support to develop local enterprises client base
? CIELA marketing
? Oversee China marketing plan and budget
? Oversee all marketing sponsorships negotiation and coordination
? Provide marketing support to other offices in China
? Event planning, coordination and support, e.g. road show, conferences, etc.
? Client events management – work with client managers to host regular client events
? Conference and seminar organisers meeting and negotiation
? Maintenance of the firm internet and intranet
? Keep note of website information – external communication tool
? Provide Chinese editorial support for our articles
? Coordinate the editorial, advertorial and publication procedure of in-house/ self publications, e.g. brochures, information sheets, etc.
? Contacts database management on InterAction / InterAction research and manage contacts with client managers, offer InterAction support and training to all fee earners/ IA users in our China offices
? Keep notes of conference events and attendance, research on conferences
? Collection, keeping and updating of cases, awards, bios and other marketing records
? Offer support to Asia marketing meeting, e.g. arrange monthly meeting, taking minutes, etc.
? Work closely with group marketing team
? Article publication assistance, e.g. communicating with group editor and observing publication and editorial procedures, keep track of editorial plans for China offices, communicate with practice heads and coordinate article writing with fee earners with forward thinking
? Set up and manage marketing calendar for China
? Professional membership coordination
? Christmas and Chinese New Year e-card distribution
? Collection of sample advice from fee earners and turn them into knowhow fact sheets/ practice notes/ information sheets
? Coordinate and review the content and distribution list of China IP Express
? Branding and corporate identity
? Establish and maintain good relationship with local media and legal publications
? Directories and awards submissions
? Organise CSR and office activities
? Keep track of fee earners’ professional memberships, renewals and profiles
? Style guide training to new joiners
? General document / email management
? Premium and gifts management
任职要求

? Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) a must
? Great communication skills
? Forward thinking
? Well organised
? University graduate from a good university in China or above
? Experience in marketing, communications or business development preferred
? Experience in the legal profession preferred
? Open-minded and friendly personality, enjoy communicating with people internally and externally
? Ready to learn and to take on responsibility and to grow in the role
? Preferably someone who wants a career in marketing and business development in the professional services sector
? Team player
? Able to work with stakeholders
? Able to work under pressure and independently
? Knowledge of CRM software such as InterAction is an added advantage
? Detail-oriented, ability to observe procedures as well as having a creative mind are most preferred 举报 分享
