我们正在寻找中高级软件开发人员，帮助开发我们的智能营销平台。您需要具有如下相关经历／知识：
1. 最少一年Ruby on Rails开发经验。
2. 最少两年HTML、CSS、Javascript/JQuery等WEB开发技术
3. 有Mobile编程经验的优先
4. 有Java,C#或C++经验的优先
5. 有丰富的面向对象设计及编程能力, 拥有良好的代码习惯，要求结构清晰，命名规范，逻辑性强，代码冗余率低
6. 对新技术有强烈的探索欲望，责任心强，善于团队合作，能够承受工作压力
7. 有Scrum, XP等Agile开发经验的优先
8. 有与社交网站，比如新浪微博集成经验的优先

Job Description & Responsibilities:
The web development position is a great opportunity to get on board with a rapid developing high tech startup company in beijing. You will be part of a small team and will have the chance to face unique challenges and to experience many different development opportunities. The applicant must be able to handle the pressure that comes with a fast-paced sector and a growing start-up.
Skills/Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of development experience with Ruby on Rails
* A minimum of 2 years programming in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery
* Experience developing mobile applications is an asset
* Experience developing in Java, C# or C++ is an asset
* Experience of agile development is an asset
* Experience of integrating with social community website, i.e. sina weibo, is a plus
* A passion for programming and development
* Ability to perform well under strict deadlines
Salary:
To be determined based on experience.
