Description: 工作职责：
负责对制定企业数据治理规划，根据企业实际情况设计组织架构;
负责制定企业数据标准，结合国家、行业和企业现状制定企业数据标准。
负责根据制定的标准，结合客户需求制定数据质量规则。
设计平衡记分卡，对系统的数据质量做计分展现；
挖掘客户需求，将客户需求转换为需求设计文档;
进行编制项目文档和质量记录的工作；
根据项目计划和要求编写和提交交付成果；
Qualification: 任职要求：
全日制本科或以上学历，计算机等相关专业毕业;
熟悉银行数据仓库、擅长业务规划;
熟悉Oracle、DB2、SQLServer等关系型数据库；
有数据治理、数据标准、数据质量、元数据等项目经验的优先;
有企业数据仓库，数据集市模型设计经验的优先；
良好的服务精神及团队合作能力，责任心强;
具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队意识；
具有良好的文案编写能力;
具备分析、解决问题的能力，工作认真仔细、能够承受工作中的压力，能适应出差。
