Job Responsibility:

1 Ability to conduct user workshops, understanding and mapping process functional requirements against Dynamics AX available functions.

2 Follow up the entire ERP project (Setup & configurations, System Functions, Administrator , Process Flow handling)

3 Identifying customization where needed and working with internal/external technical team to detail the scope of the customization works with documentations.

4 Assist IT Manager to managing project timelines to completion with clear documentation on task assignment, progress, and issue resolution

5 Provide on-site training and post-implementation support to clients/users.

6 Internal first level support and trouble shooting


Qualification:

1 Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information management or related field

2 4+ years' work experience with at least 1 years Microsoft Dynamics AX project hands on implementation

3 Understand ERP concept and integrations to work with consultant teams

4 Have work experience in manufacture industry

5 Be a good communicator and team player.

6 Enjoy working closely with a variety of parties/peers.

7 Ability to prioritize through multi-tasking to ensure deadlines is met.

8 Well match ERP to physical workshop process flow with proposed solutions

9 Must be able to communicate with foreigners in English on daily work
