本岗位为北京毕路德建筑顾问有限公司招聘，工作地点在北京。

岗位职责：
一、行政工作：
1、会议及活动管理：
（1）依据公司会议制度，协助上级进行公司管理层会议、公司庆典等重要会议、重要活动的组织、筹备，负责一般人员的联系及协调工作，进行会议记录与整理，通报会议决议，并对会议决议的执行情况进行简单核查；
（2）确保各项会议、活动的顺利开展及会议决议的有效落实；
2、办公物品管理：
依据公司的办公用品管理规定，根据公司人员对办公用品的申领记录及上级指令，负责对办公家具、设备、用品进行选购、统一调配、发放、保管和维护管理，并定期进行预算汇总，确保满足员工使用要求及有效控制费用；
3、文件、文档管理：
依据公司文件管理规定，通过辅助行政文件管理系统平台的建立与维护，负责公司级文件的编制、审批、发放；外部门文件的接收与存档；部门级文件的登记、分类、整理、编写、存档、保管等工作，确保及时、准确、完整地管理公司内部文件及文档；
4、后勤管理：
（1）协助上级拟订和完善公司后勤管理规范，安排及落实上级要求的各项任务，管理公司水、电、等能源后勤保障工作；
（2）负责监督安全保卫、消防、卫生的宣传与检查等日常管理；
（3）办理公司购车、车辆年检的相关手续，安排活动用车，并统计人员用车的费用；
（4）确保提供及时的服务和后勤保障，提高员工满意度；
二、人事工作
1、人事管理：
（1）依据国家和地方劳动法律、法规及公司的相关规定，办理员工入职、离职、社会保险、外籍员工就业证及签证的相关手续；
（2）根据公司出勤、休假等工作纪律规定，检查、记录员工的考勤及各种休假信息，确保公司纪律规定的准确落实；
2.员工招聘和考核：
（1）协助做好招聘和任用的具体事务性工作，包括发放招聘启事、收集和汇总应聘资料、安排面试人员、跟踪落实面试人员的情况等；
（2）对应聘者进行背景调查，维护公司的人才简历库；
（3）协助上级执行公司的培训和绩效评价的组织、后勤保障工作，
3、员工档案管理：
（1）根据公司档案管理的规定及规范，负责维护并适时更新公司的人力资源档案（包括员工登记表、身分证、述职记录、劳动合同、绩效考评记录、学历证书等），为有关方面提供相关人事证明，进行人事信息的统计汇总，并做好检查、封存工作；
（2）保证人力资源档案及信息的完整与及时更新。
三、上级交予的其他事宜


任职要求：
1.教育背景：统招全日制本科及以上学历，行政管理、人力资源管理专业优先。
2.工作经验：行政管理或相关业务二年以上工作经验。
3、知识/技能：
（1）熟悉行政管理各项实务的操作流程；
（2）良好的口头及书面表达能力，流利的普通话；
（3）能够熟练操作常用计算机办公软件。

4、工作条理性强、责任心强，团队合作精神佳；
5、有良好的职业素养。

BLVD was initially established in Canada, then moved to Beijing and Shenzhen, the two artsy cities famous as City of Design and started to fit into and win Chinese market afterwards. Over the past 15 years since establishment, BLVD always sticks to its pursuit of perfectionism and harmony, and endeavors to achieve excellent design works that can perfectly mix scene, emotion and artistic conception. Thanks to its excellent design and advanced perception, BLVD has undisputedly grown up to be the leader in the field of interior, architecture and landscape design. Today’s BLVD is not only an outstanding design firm in the interior design of hotel and office environment, but also widely acknowledged as the excellent waterfront design expert in China.
The establishment of BLVD is attributed to the common pursuit - perfectionism and harmony - of Liu Honglei and Du Yun, the life and soul of the company. As the creative director and one of the most influential interior designers in China, Mrs. Liu Honglei is very famous for her aesthetic perception of “one’s thought corresponding with the space conception”. Meanwhile, she is proficient in blending the artistic conception “harmony between man and nature” into modern life. Mr. Du Yun is the vanguard who practiced the perception of “integration of architecture and landscape” and pioneered the team system of architecture, landscape and interior designers closely working together. The aim of doing this is to achieve the artistic conception of the harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Both Honglei and Yun graduated from Tqinghua University and gained substantial practical experience during working in Canada. Their brilliance, coming together and working hand by hand paved a solid foundation for BLVD’s distinctive design ability and also contributed a lot in injecting the aspiration for harmony and perfectionism into the blood of the company.
The constant pursuit of perfectionism and harmony enabled BLVD design team to grow up as a group of people who can always learn from and cooperate with each other. Thanks to the free, open and internationalized working environment, the approximately 200 BLVD staff including local designers as well as those from foreign countries can talk freely with each other about design and combine their good ideas into their design works. The brilliant creativity and the rigorous academic spirit are applied into design in a compatible approach, which makes BLVD’s designs stand out for their originality and practicality. What’s more, the balance between artistic and commercial value are achieved in an artful manner. The optimal team structure of integration of architecture, landscape and interior design pioneered by BLVD’s leader, Du Yun, roofs a great many of elites from these three fields. Each of them does their best and their cooperative spirit allows the whole team to work out the best designs as if they are a large symphony team playing the most melodious music.
Yearn for perfectionism and harmony is also well reflected in many masterpieces designed by BLVD. No matter it is minimalist and concise interior space, or the magnificent waterfront shoreline, harmony always remains the theme.
