职位描述：
1、全面负责SA部门的各项管理工作（包括但不限于出入库管理、办公用品采购、现金账目的管理、中心巡视、中心环境和物品的维护等）；
2、负责服务专员SA培训、管理、考核、工作安排等，营造中心友好、愉快的氛围。
3、配合中心内活动的开展（包括但不限于市场推广活动、客户生日会等活动）；
4、为户外展示、联合促销以及其他市场活动提供推广支持。
5、处理与SA部门相关的客户投诉；
6、负责指导保洁阿姨，做好中心内的环境保洁工作。

入职要求：
1、形象好、气质佳、有亲和力，喜欢孩子，声音甜美，有良好的沟通能力。
2、流利的英语和普通话，有服务业相关工作经验优先
3、有较好的计算机运用能力，会使用各项表格等办公软件 举报 分享

The classes has been co-developed by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese National Institute for Education Research, Peking University, and the International Toy Library Association.
