职位描述：
岗位职责：
 1.及时准确的把握当地出行市场，理解客户核心需求，把握客户的出行习惯。
 2.管理区域运营团队，快速提升当地加盟商/司机量，建立各类有效加盟商/司机获取渠道。
 3.涉及有效的线上线下活动方案，制定完善的活动整体运营规划并执行。
 4.跟踪市场运营的核心数据，根据数据变化推进城市运营方向的改进。
 5.不断监控竞争对手的动向，设计有针对性的应对策略并组织实施。
 6.熟悉汽车租赁市场等。


任职要求：
 1.本科以上学历，三年以上运营相关经验。
 2.具备团队管理经验，有较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
 3.熟悉市场分析和调研手段，较强的逻辑思维能力和语言书面表达能力，具有数据挖掘分析功底，敏锐的数据洞察力。 举报 分享
