职位描述：
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the team to achieve the Company’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
Formulate and implement strategies to maximize sales and profits
Manage the sales team to deliver high quality of customer service and build up strong customer relationship
Maintain visual display and presentation in accordance with the image of the Company and the concept of the designers
Comply with Company Policies and maintain an efficient shop operation management

Requirements:
Degree holder or above
Minimum 5 years’ retail management experience
Experience in luxury fashion retail industry is an advantage
A genuine love of fashion and desire to provide great customer service
Strong business acumen, organizing and planning skills.  Good with numbers.
Strong people management skills to drive and nurture a motivated sales team
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
