Job Responsibilities:

- Review Master Data requests( including all support documents) and create Master Data in Brenntag's systems;
- Perform ongoing and periodic maintenance of all master data to ensure data integrity and uniformity; develop tools for improving processes and for data cleansing;
- Assist Brenntag employees to attain the best use of Master Data; to deliver and assist with delivery of training courses (on-line,classroom and one-to one) to users at all levels for the countries assigned to him/her;
- Work closely with other teams during system migration,and on all issues that are related to Master Data incluing the testing and loading of new types of Master Data;archiving;participates in projects which have an impact on Master Data;
- Report on Master Data regularly and/or on an as hoc basis, specify any reports that may be needed to improve Master Data processes and monitoring;
- Periodically review Master Data processes to ensure that they meet the ongoing needs of Brenntag Asia Pacific business.

Job Requirements:

- Academic / Professional Qualification Degree in Chemistry / chemical engineering / science; degree in other disciplines may be considered depending on SAP experience;
- Working experience at least 1 year proven work experience in SAP or other reputable ERP System;experience in a manufacturing or distribution enviroment in Customer Service, Supply Chain; Industrial Engineering, or Finance & Sales is an advantage;
- Expertise / Skills / Language Practical knowledge of MS office and data structure / English;
