职位描述：
岗位职责：Responsibilities
定期整理并递交欧美市场上同类产品的数据分析报告；
Responsible to submit analytically reports timely on US mobile game market;
负责制定欧美游戏评测标准和流程，把控产品种类和品质，确保适应欧美用户要求和喜好;
Responsible to set up a standard of evaluation for mobile games, in order to make sure the quality and genre will be suitable to US audiences;
负责起草产品技术封测和内测标准和相关目标，以及对游戏数据的整理和评估；
Responsible to setup standards and targets for technical launch and soft launch, as well as track and evaluate the performance of them;
充分理解玩家需求，不定期地向开发部门提供游戏后续内容的更新意见以及修改意见。
Be able to fully understand the needs and expectations of the players, and base on that, propose enhancement and customization plans to the developers timely.

任职要求：Requirements
具备欧美手机网络游戏产品经理相关经验；
Must have US or EU mobile games operation or product managers’ experience;
大专以上学历，有3年游戏行业相关职位经验；
Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, and with 3 years of working experience in mobile game industry.
了解欧美GP和IOS市场，了解近期一些游戏发行具体数据；
Understanding GP and App Store in the US, also knowing some game operation data.
具备较高的英文语言表达能力，沟通能力强；
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
具备组建团队的能力，并且适应出差。
