Job Overview
? Current Operation application and technical support (after-sales)
? Customer facing technology communication support
? Trial Support, either New Product Launch items or non- NPL (Pre-Sales)
? Markets technical info study
? Understand the applications in US/Europe to help the application in AP.
? Understand the applications in AP to apply them across countries, especially for Greater China
? Cooling water product/solution selection recommendation
? Technical Training for sales team

Major Responsibilities:
? Supports sales activities, provides defensive strategies to thwart competitive threats, troubleshooting cooling water treatment program and site problems, and is active in industry trade and technical associations.
? Leads problem solving, customer presentations, develops and delivers training, ensures safe practices, plus provides expert applications information and market based feedback to all different verticals.
? Responsible for in field implementation and coordination of new product commercialization activities: as such, provides field input to R&D projects, validates and determines “best fit” for new technologies and provides tactical and strategic direction for use and competitive positioning.

Job Requirement:
? Bachelors or master degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or closely related major.
? Minimum 4 years working experience in cooling water treatment Applications and Technology support role.
? Strong cooling water application technology knowledge in Metal, CPI, etc heavy industry. Also good to have light industry cooling water treatment application knowledge.
? Good command of both spoken and written English
? Good interpersonal and communication skills.
