岗位职责:

? Answer, screen and transfer the company phone calls
? Update company directory monthly
? Greeting the guests for the business needs
? Responsible for the procurement, accounting and giving out of office supplies, stationery, travel arrangement (Flight or train tickets purchasing) name card and other office necessities
? Meeting rooms reservation status management
? Work arrangement for the Driver, Tea Lady
? Office environment & security management
? Expense settlement monthly for the office suppliers
? Company activities and meetings coordination
? General administrative and clerical support
? Other Admin assistance jobs assigned by supervisor

任职资格:

? Good spoken written English
? Good command of Microsoft office
? Team work spirit, diligent with good organization ability
? Good attitude and ability to cope with frequent changes in a positive way
