Job Description:
1. Closing supply chain every month and analyse inventory

2. Check and analyse sales and orders data which provided by colleagues from other department, and then entering commercial reporting

3. Sales and Orders analysis compare with budget

4. Review part employee expense applications.

5. Book sales dept. expense report in U8 system

6. Government monthly report (statistical bureau)

7. Plan & budget-sales and orders preparation

8. CMB first level authorization

9. Other accounting and office related tasks

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree. Major in Accounting, Finance
2. Over 5 Years working experience on finance and accounting
3. Excellent communication skills including negotiating, interpersonal, networking and written skills
4. Passionate with proactive attitude, reliable, collaborative
5. Fluent English, both in written and spoken
6. Working closely with the Financial team to safeguard the team’s financial health 举报 分享
