1、参与制定企业的销售战略、具体销售计划和进行销售预测。
2、组织与管理销售团队，完成企业产品销售目标。
3、控制销售预算、销售费用、销售范围与销售目标的平衡发展。
4、招募、培训、激励、考核下属员工，以及协助下属员工完成下达的任务指标。
5、收集各种市场信息，并及时反馈给上级与其他有关部门。
6、参与制定和改进销售政策、规范、制度，使其不断适应市场的发展。
7、发展与协同企业和合作伙伴关系，如与经销商的关系、与代理商的关系。
8、协助上级做好市场危机公关处理。
9、协助制定企业产品和企业品牌推广方案，并监督执行。
10、妥当处理客户投诉事件，以及接待客户的来访。
