Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1) Collect and record all the orders, update order status regularly.
2) Create and update supplier information in ERP.
3) Collect, create and edit product information in ERP.
4) Documents and folders classification and organization.
5) Assist PM follow up all the orders, contact suppliers if necessary in order to make sure they are on schedule.
6) Work on transportation with supplier and logistic company to get the best quotation and service for each order.
7) Coordinate with import agent and prepare documents to ensure smooth and quick customs clearance.
8) Communicate with the sales team in stores and warehouse to organize goods receiving, quantity and quality check.
9) Deal with defective products and missing quantity with supplier(or logistic), in order to minimize company’s lost.
10) Monitor regular products’ stock status, suggest PM place order according to the lead time of corresponding product.
11) Other task as assigned by PM.
Qualification:
1) Junior college degree or above. Working experience is not strictly required.
2) Good problem solving ability & Good communications skills.
3) Good command of reading and writing English.
4) High sense of responsibility and organization, really detail oriented.
5) Good multi-task skills.
6) Good team player and self-motivated.
7) Have knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word.
