职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.协助客户制定、修改及完善相关差旅政策；
2.定期拜访客户，了解客户需求，回顾服务质量，制定服务改进计划；与客户保持紧密、良好的合作关系；
3.协同客户制定年度差旅项目发展管理计划；
4.按照客户需求按时提供各类商务差旅方面的数据分析、报表和报告；
5.保持与营运部门以及其他相关部门（财务，IT等）紧密、良好的工作配合，及时反馈客户的需求，不断提高日常服务质量；
6.协助客户公司做好定期的服务质量调查；做好对调查报告结果的反馈，跟进和落实实施；
7.协助销售团队准备和介绍RFP；
8.协助做好新客户正式服务前的各项准备工作，包括服务手册制定、服务团队培训等；
9.保持与航空公司、酒店、租车等供应商良好的合作关系；
10.上级领导指派的其他工作。

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，岗位经验丰富者，学历可适当放宽；
2.五年以上旅游行业或者航空公司、酒店等领域工作经验；
3.优秀的英语书面和口语能力；
4.优秀的沟通能力、协调能力、表达能力、数据分析能力和领导力；
5.具备基本的财务知识；
6.熟练操作OFFICE办公软件，尤其是PPT、EXCEL、WORD；
7.热爱本职岗位，能适应较强的工作压力；
