Key Accountabilities
1.Invoicing( buying invoices from the tax bureau, issuing ,mailing and reconciling invoices)
2.Value added tax filling
3.Assist chasing overdue AR
4.Process Intercom and AP payments in Oracle.
5.Journal entry input and reconciliations
6.Other ad- hoc assignments

Technical Background and skills:
?Have basic accounting and taxation knowledge
?Have a college or university degree
?Over 2 years work experience in a similar capacity
?Excellent excel skills
?Have the invoicing experience
?Can read English

Personal Skills
?Good communication skills
?Have team work spirit
?Logical mind and pay great attention to details
?Good time management skill
