Job Description:

The Reservations Assistant is responsible for accurately and efficiently making and confirming bookings for hotel room, transport, entry tickets etc. with all suppliers, ensuring budgeted trip costs are correct, and inputting accurate information into the company database. This role will also work closely with the Operations team to assist in the successful running of trips.

 Job Requirements:

§Proven experience within the local travel industry

§Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

§High standards of customer service

§Confident written and spoken communication skills in both English and Mandarin

  Chinese

§A working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Word, Excel and Outlook
