Design Manager for world 100 Fortune Company

The Role:
Plan the store design work and manages the performance of design consultants to ensure that the results of design works meet the satisfaction of the brand image, quality, cost and system fit.
Works within an integrated/systematic process with key internal and external customers.
May participate and lead major design initiatives under limited direction.
Mentors all the design consultants in the regions and may have direct reports
Interior/dining ambiance design
Bachelor degree in civil engineering
More than 5 years related experience in construction quality management or construction project management.
Proficient in English
Accept frequent business travels in China
