Position Overview: 

This position will work with HR manager to manage retail staff acquisition and assist to maintain other HR module including but not limited in T&D, C&B and ER based on needs.

Responsibilities: 
1. Develop different recruitment channel, select and recommend most cost effective recruitment channel based on store headcount needs;
根据门店员工的招聘需求,开发招聘渠道,选择最优招聘渠道

2. Assist on drafting Job Description, organize the post, update vacancies, make sure all recruitment channel smoothly and efficient;
协助起草岗位职责,及时发布、更新招聘信息,确保所有招聘渠道正常运作

3. Be in charge of candidate screening, telephone interview, interview organizing and arrangement, candidate evaluation and perform new staff’s reference check etc;
负责对候选人简历的筛选,电话面试,面试组织安排,候选人面试评估以及候选人背景调查等

4. Assist HR Manager on building pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates;
协助人力资源经理建立人才库并维护和候选人的良好关系

5. Follow up the new employees’ progress during their probation period in order to facilitate their intergradation in the company

对新员工试用期内的跟进,帮助新员工适应新工作环境

6. Assist in new employee orientation training and co-ordinate for training programs per requrest.

根据要求,协助完成新员工入职培训和协调门店员工的培训项目

7. Be in charge of retail staff’s personnel formalities including on board, probation management, contract renewal, movement,dismissal, exit program etc.

办理门店员工的各种人事手续,包括入职,试用期评估管理,合同续签,调岗,解聘,离职等

8. Assist the HR Manager to finish the HR Reports including Headcount and turnover report/recruitment report ect
协助人力资源部经理完成人事报告,包括HC报告、人员流动报告、招聘报告等

9. Be in charge of retail staffs’Employee relationship management, including but not limited to dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures etc
负责门店员工的劳动关系管理,包括但不限于员工的申诉协调,门店纪律政策的执行等

10. Handle monthly leaving record, attendance checking, and payroll calculation of retail staff
负责每月门店员工的考勤统计和工资计算

11. Responsible for the management of retails staff’s documents and files.

负责门店员工的档案管理

12. Other jobs assigned by HR Manager

人力资源经理安排的其他工作

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above;
2. Minimum 3 years of HR experiences in MNC, especially solid experience in recruiting and staffing
3. Has solid knowledge of HR operations, familiar with labor law and common HR processes
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills; good ability of problem finding and solving
5. Resourceful, innovative and good report writing and strong presentation skills

6. Good oral and written English

7. Working experience in retail industry will be a plus
