职位概述：

• 为了更好的帮助业务东区了解和评估公司产品在东区的市场表现，通过分析品类及箭牌市场表现、各品牌表现、竞品表现、消费者购买行为等方面来预测市场发展趋势、挖掘潜在生意机会，推动东区品类和品牌的健康发展，同时为东区销售及各职能部门提供必要的数据支持，协助销售策略的制定。

职位职责：

1. 分享总部品类/品牌策略，追踪和研究销售走势、区域市场特点，挖掘潜在的生意机会并进行市场趋势预测，为制定和调整东区销售策略做出有价值的建议。


2. 通过分析尼尔森零研数据，及东区的市场动态和消费者行为，评估分析品牌/包装/地域的机会和挑战，向各部门提供落地行动计划和建议；


3. 辅导各省份/重点城市对Nielsen数据洞察/分析能力的提升，推动东区分省/城市/渠道份额及分销目标的达成。


4. 研究消费者行为习惯和潜在需求，与重点客户合作，开展有效的品类管理，其中包括品类方案的制定，卖入及跟踪


5. 综合东区市场推广三个模块的执行（新品，促销，陈列）重点，提供整合的方案，与区域沟通执行


6. 维护东区零研数据库，并结合多维度数据（POS/CMT/COT等），分析生意机会，提供行动建议


7. 总部/区域重点陈列项目的管理，包括目标的拆分，日常指标的跟进，优秀案例的挖掘分享，团队的激励等

职位要求：

• 本科以上学历


• 市场营销、数学、统计学、信息技术等相关专业


• 5年以上快消行业市场调研、竞争对手分析、市场环境分析、消费者行为分析等相关经验，有快消行业研究咨询公司任职经验者尤佳；


• 对快消行业有深刻的认识，善于把握市场信息，具有敏锐的市场洞察力，能够从市场的各种信息中挖掘出重点


• 较强的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力；


• 能熟练运用统计软件、具备报告撰写能力；


• 沟通协调能力佳，服务意识强，责任心强
