1、组织起草公司有关人力资源部相关管理制度，呈报上级批准后组织实施并进行监督
2、制定公司人力资源招聘计划，组织实施，并对人员招聘的进度和质量进行监控；
3、结合公司经营发展状况制定适合公司的薪酬、福利政策和制度
4、根据公司经营发展目标，组织制定公司员工绩效考核制度；
5、组织实施公司员工培训并负责培训考核
6、受理公司员工投诉及劳动争议等相关事宜
7、完成上级交代临时性工作
