Purpose of the position:
In charge of payroll and Human Resource Information System daily operation, includes but not limited to payroll, social insurance, HR data maintenance, SAP Human Capital Management daily maintenance and
P-file maintenance.
Make sure the high accurate rate and in-time maintenance of personnel data and payroll.

-负责工资和人力资源信息系统的日常运作,包括但不局限于工资计算、社会保险、人力资源数据维护、SAP人力资本管理的日常维护和员工个人档案维护。
-确保员工数据维护和工资计算的准确性和及时性。
Responsibility:
-Work as the key user of SAP HCM, focus on the Personnel Data and Payroll,
-Responsible for collection, calculation and analysis of duty record, overtime, etc..
-Responsible for the daily database maintenance and other personnel data report;
As the interface to external vendors, make sure the personnel data is timely transmitted to the vendors (e.g. social insurance, commercial insurance…);
-Manage the personal file, ensure in time update;
-Work with team leader, involve in the SAP Organization Management process;
-Other possible tasks and HR projects.
主要职责:
-操作SAP 人力资本管理系统,侧重于人事数据和工资计算,
-负责考勤记录,加班记录等数据的收集,计算和分析。
-负责日常数据维护及其他人事数据报告;
-负责与外部供应商接洽,确保员工数据信息的及时传递(如社会保险、商业保险等)
-管理并确保及时更新员工档案,;
-协助团队主管,参与SAP中组织架构的管理;
-完成主管布置的其他事务并协助参与人事项目
Requirements:
-Knowledge and operation experience of payroll;
-SAP Human Capital Management, or similar Human Resource Information System knowledge and operation experience will be a plus.
-Basic knowledge of compensation and benefits.
-Good communication and co-operation within C&B team, as well as HR team and the employees/other Business Units.
-Quick reaction when meeting operation problems, find the right way to fix or report the problem.
-Good communication skill
-Customer oriented
-Good problem solving ability
-Data sensitivity and analysis ability
-Bachelor degree and above
-Basic knowledge of compensation and payroll
-Basic knowledge of labor law and IIT
-Good Excel skills
-Fluent in spoken and good command of written English
-Knowledge of SAP Human Capital Management will be a plus
