职位描述
Official Title: Logistics/Warehouse Team Leader 物流仓库主管
Location: Shanghai Jinshan (shuttle bus provided)
Purpose of the position:
1.Managing the incoming raw materials, packages and outgoing finished products streams including warehouses, shelters and other storage locations including take off of filled packed products
2.Involved in production and loading planning
3.Responsible for the complete logistic workflow and procedures of BOOST
4.Manage logistic office and forklift service
5.Responsible for the external warehouses (technical part)
6.Logistic interface for Operation, OLC, Customer Service, etc
7.Ensure a regular, conform and safe operation; avoid leakages, ensures safe and economic use of equipment, raw materials and utilities and human recourses in order to ensure optimal cost position in plant logistics
8.Continuous efforts to optimize the process and the procedures to increase efficiency
9.Ensures safe and reliable operation as one part for economic success of the business in general.
10.ESHQ Responsibility for Warehouses, Shelters, other locations and un- and loading areas
11.Coordination / emergency response with/to external storage
12.Personnel planning and training of operators in logistic issues
Responsibility:
1. Manage and supervise all operations in the warehouses, shelters, other storage locations and loading areas (dangerous and flammable chemicals)
2. Planning, scheduling and supervision of un-/loading trucks, safety inspections of tank trucks
3. Coordination of truck transportation in/out with MUSC
4. Forecast, scheduling and recalling packaging material
5. Product supply/receiving to/from external storage, advise sampling; emergency response to external storage
6. Storage and dispatch of wastes in compliance with the regulations
7. Set up SOP and ESHQ-Procedures and train subordinates
8. Coordination with BOOST- Operation, -SCM and OLC-MUSC,etc
9. Booking of in-/out-going Material in SAP (e.g. dispatch order)
10. Follow the company regulations regarding IP-protection and code of conduct etc.
Requirements:
1.Some years of working experience in the shipping department and/or tank farm of a chemical plant
2.Advanced knowledge of ESHQ and capability to handle relevant instruments and equipment accordingly
3.Knowledge of handling dangerous goods; chemical knowledge
4.Understanding of the requirements of the authorities
5.Good knowledge of several IT-Tools (MS -Office, SAP)
6.Knowledge of safety management systems
7.Management skills and deep understanding of the business aspects in plant operation & Logistic
8.Lead a team by objectives
9.Encourage the team members to develop and present ideas of continuous improvement
10.Establish a culture of being cooperative, open and constructive in dealing with failures
11.Learn, understand and live the principles of Team excellence as well as coach the team in terms of Team excellence ′
12.Give clear instruction
13.Evaluate, support and improve the performance of his/her team members
14.Supervise and support the team leader in their leadership function

23.Communicating of organizational irregularities to SCM, LO and plant management
24.Ability to cope with breakdowns
25.Ensures safe and economic use of equipment, raw materials and utilities and human recourses in order to ensure optimal cost position in drumming and shipping area

47.At least 4 years working experience in warehouse management for both DG and non DG goods handling

49.SAP &ESH practice is a plus
50.Good understanding of regulations and restrictions from the authorities regarding logistics
